What is remote orthodontic monitoring?
Your patients take guided photos of their teeth at home with a phone app, and your clinic reviews them online between visits. You see problems such as a poorly seated aligner or a lost attachment early, and you only bring patients in when a visit is needed.
Does Ortho Monitoring AI diagnose patients?
No. AI output is shown as observations for clinician review, marked as possible or cannot be assessed, with a visible uncertainty level. It is decision support, not a diagnostic device. Every go/no-go decision is made by the orthodontist.
Which treatments can I monitor?
Clear aligner treatment, fixed braces and retention. Each check-in collects five guided views (front, left, right, upper and lower) and records wear time and fit, so you can advance aligners, ask for a retake or book a visit.
How much does it cost?
Registering your clinic is free, with no onboarding or monthly fee, and your first patient is free. After that there is a one-time PKR 3,000 activation per patient, paid through JazzCash, card or wallet.
What do my patients need?
An Android phone. Patients install Ortho Monitoring AI from Google Play and sign in with their mobile number and the password your clinic issues.
Do I need an AI subscription?
No. Photo quality checks, the go/no-go rules, triage and visit suggestions work without one. To add AI observations, connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenAI-compatible key and set a monthly budget. Keys are stored encrypted.
Who can see patient photos?
Only your clinic team, according to their role. Photos are encrypted separately for each clinic, consent is recorded, and every access is written to an audit log.
